What the heck is Techno Mule? It's a website you can use to catalog all your stuff. DVDs, Books, Video Games and within the next week or two you will be able to catalog anything! Techno Mule uses various proprietory and open source databases to retrieve most of the items you own. Once you find the stuff you own you can add it to catalogs. For instance, you can create a DVD catalog, a Book catalog, any catalog and then you can add your possessions to these catalogs. Catalogs can then be viewed by the rest of the community, or you can set your catalogs to a "Private" status so nobody else can see them. You could use this tool to keep an inventory on your possessions which could come in handy for insurance purposes. You can also use it share a list of your items with your friends.

Techno Mule is being launched with a set of minimal but powerful features that will give you the tools to start organizing, cataloging and sharing your content with others. Here is a list of features that are in the works:

• Mark an item as "loaned" - The will come in handy when trying to track down things you have let others borrow, if you loan "Fight Club" out to Ned Flanders you can note this in your catalog.
• Upload custom items - Most people have unique possessions that will not be found in our database. You can use this to upload a photo of your item and give it a title, description and other meta information
• Search your catalogs - This will give you the power to search your catalogs based on title, artist, genre etc...
• Rate items - Star based rating that you can use to rate your content or other member's content
• Review items - Give your 2 cents on an existing item in the community
